Beast Mode

OK, the promise I made was to seriously focus on losing this 10 pounds for fear Diana will lose 50 pounds (more?) and I still would not have lost my ten.  So today I am in Beast mode!  I got the activity (long run day helped plus took dogs for a walk) and counted all the calories.





Success!

  3. Okay, I've just fallen off my chair.....37,827 steps???? Wow!
    I find it frustrating when I do my 10,000 steps (feeble I know) but still don't use the right number of calories, what's that all about, am I crawling around at a snails pace?
