OK, the promise I made was to seriously focus on losing this 10 pounds for fear Diana will lose 50 pounds (more?) and I still would not have lost my ten. So today I am in Beast mode! I got the activity (long run day helped plus took dogs for a walk) and counted all the calories.

Good job. Now....... what kinds of things are you eating? Show us the pictures so we can keep an eye on you lol

ReplyDeleteI find it frustrating when I do my 10,000 steps (feeble I know) but still don't use the right number of calories, what's that all about, am I crawling around at a snails pace?
