Basically this is a weight loss blog but sometimes I get a bit off track (in many different ways). I'm not trying for perfection, just better more often. Let's see what happens . . .

Aha, that's why yous smiling...well done!JxPeeS Why is it my fitbit worn on my left wrist has me doing more steps than my old one did on my right wrist......and, more importantly, why couldn't that have been happening when we were doing step competitions!!!!
