Week 1 Report

OK, it has been a whole week since I started Weight Watchers.  I dutifully calculated each food into Points and logged them into my little Points Calculator.

 I stayed within the plan and within my allotted points each day.  So last night I went to a meeting to weigh in and see the fruits of my labors.

I always weigh myself at home so I knew it was going to be a good validation of my efforts.  I was down 6 pounds!

Now this isn't my first rodeo so I know this huge loss isn't going to happen again.  And I also know that having done a long run earlier in the day I was down an extra pound that will return as soon as I get totally rehydrated.  BUT it's a huge motivation and I needed a huge motivation!  So I will carry on and plan to have another "on plan" week.  If I can lose 1-2 pounds over this next week  I will be just as happy.

    I tried that, but I seemed to run out of points around 10 a.m.
