OK, looks like I haven't posted since the 17th. I was 160.4 that day and today I am 160.2, a new low. So still plugging along. Other than that, not too much to say. The injection is making things much better. About 95% improvement. I still have a residual "something", not sure what it is. It could be from the injection but that was a week ago. I'll just wait a bit and see what it does . . .

ReplyDeleteHeading in the right direction! It may well still be 'bruising' from the injection itself - the one and only time I subjected myself to that option it took about a fortnight to settle... but hey, the 95% is worth celebrating!
Eyes-on... YAM xx
Thank goodness some improvement. I have heard cortisone shots sites can be sore...you and I know for sure

Sorry I haven't been by for awhile. We have been busy getting ready for a Christmas Bazaar next month and time seems to fly by. I am happy to see that you are still on the loosing side on your journey....good for you!! And your post about the gobs of candy made me laugh. My husband thinks candy is a mainstay in his diet. He is very thin. And that is one of the major reasons I gained 60 pounds over the years of our marriage in 2003! That was why I had to tell myself that chocolate is killing me! And I was able to convince myself that I was addicted to chocolate and I treated it as an addiction and I no longer eat it...I really am a chocoholic! But it made my weight loss easier and have lost 30 pounds but now I want to get back to my activity and loose around 10 more pounds.
ReplyDeleteKeep up your great work and I will check in again soon!! Gail
