Reducing & Not Reducing

In addition to jars, I have a tendency to collect plastic containers that might prove useful in the future.  So today's offering is a couple of those along with 2 waist bags (AKA butt bags), a Pedi egg (Kerasal works much better) and a "kit" used to analyze exhalation for a test I once had to determine heart rate and fat burn data.

We decided to go to Bryce Canyon for a little test trip once we get the new wheelie house and get it set up.  It is at about 8000 feet (2.4 km) elevation so it will be the heater we'll be testing for the most part since it will probably get down to freezing at night.  It's a place we have been to MANY times and one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited.  I am making absolutely NO progress on the weight loss.  But since I'm not doing anything different that isn't a surprise.

Not The END

Ooh nice plan... and as long as no weight gain, all's good. Anyway, helping the cupboards slim is a great service!

  2. The belly bags are essential if you're flying somewhere by air. If the plane has to be evacuated for any reason (not common, but it DOES happen) you can NOT take even a purse. I make sure my wallet stuff, keys and enough cash for a couple of days are on my person.

The trips sounds like fun. I love the upper elevations during Fall when it gets nice and cold and night, making being in warm and dry even more fun.

  4. You haven't lost weight, but do you feel better? My hubby busted his butt at the gym, made significant changes to his diet and is still the same weight. He has lost some inches, but his weigh has stayed within about 5 lbs of where he started (it seems to go up and down in that range). He too is trying not to be too discouraged. Keep going, you can do it!
