Long Run Day

Long run day.  The usual breakfast . . .

The usual supplies & gear . . .
Notice time on GPS.
 13 miles later . . .

The usual lunch . . .

 Yes, Costco samples . . .

Coffee break . . .

Hubby had a free coupon deal for some Hormel mac & cheese.  I told him I would eat it on a long run day cuz it was 440 calories.  It wasn't as good as 440 calories should be though.  The eggplant cutlets were from our garden and delicious!

A repeat of last night's photo cuz I know this is what I am going to have and I want to post this before I settle in to watch a movie, "The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel".

  1. The eggplant looks really good! I've not tried breading it like a cutlet before. I've gotten sort of addicted to the Gardein veggie "chicken" things. (don't even try the orange chicken ones unless you want to be opening a package up at 10 o clock at night after being good all day).

Thanks for keeping us informed and motivated.

And there is NOT a small dish of ice cream next to this computer.

  2. Oh yah!! It better be awesome for 440
    Nice run day!!
