Basically this is a weight loss blog but sometimes I get a bit off track (in many different ways). I'm not trying for perfection, just better more often. Let's see what happens . . .

13 miles!!!! I think i've just walked 2 (with Leah!) and nearly melted in the heat!Jx
We got up at 4:00 am to beat the worst of it!
13 miles, that is something! Mom and Dad used to jog, and they started it up again yesterday afternoon. They did about a mile, off and on jogging. On Sunday the 12th of July Mom wants to participate in a 5k to benefit the local humane society in PA...she plans on doing a bunch of 'training' before then. Also, she's hoping to shed about 10 pounds, just as you are!

Yep that is mom problem...she walks 77 minutes and is hungry so then she wonders if she has just eaten more than she burned off. Of course here she glows (Southern girls glow not sweat) bullets so maybe it evens outHugs madi your bfff
