  7. Puddles mom Allison here...Happy Birthday!!!!!! I was also wondering what the sandwhich was. I am not a fan of avocado but it does definitely looks delicious. i may just have to try something like that.

    I think this blog is such a great idea, glad you told us about it. I have always been told runners need more carbs and weight lifters need more protein...do you find that true? I eats lots of protein to rebuild the muscle....love the tuna...LOL!

    1. Avocado with cheese & mushroom. It was delicious! I eat a lot of carbs and since I don't eat meat I am on the lower end of proteins.
