Basically this is a weight loss blog but sometimes I get a bit off track (in many different ways). I'm not trying for perfection, just better more often. Let's see what happens . . .

I am not a fan of avocado but it does definitely looks delicious. i may just have to try something like that.I think this blog is such a great idea, glad you told us about it. I have always been told runners need more carbs and weight lifters need more protein...do you find that true? I eats lots of protein to rebuild the muscle....love the tuna...LOL!Allison
Avocado with cheese & mushroom. It was delicious! I eat a lot of carbs and since I don't eat meat I am on the lower end of proteins.
