Basically this is a weight loss blog but sometimes I get a bit off track (in many different ways). I'm not trying for perfection, just better more often. Let's see what happens . . .

Week 1 Weigh In
Success! It isn't much but I'll take it! I think being connected to the others in Team 10 has helped me stay focused and make better choices. I cleaned up my eating and drank more water. Thanks ladies!
