Weigh In - Week 1

It has been a week from when I started my 799,568th diet.  I started at 165.5 pounds (75kg).  My goal is 155 pounds (70.3 kg.).  

Here is a picture of the coffee cup I used today.

I had to have a picture of SOMETHING!

My weigh in this morning was 163.7 (74.25 kg.).  Carry on!

  7. You are doing a great job, but I think you are close to six and a half feet tall, since you look so skinny(like most runners), but your weight doesn't reflect your appearance. Maybe the lbs are just muscle-which wouldn't surprise me either. I like your cup too.
