Wednesday

Thanks for the ideas/thoughts on "weird numbers".  I value each and every comment.  I'm interested to see how being on a normal running schedule affects things.  Today was another running day so we headed out early to beat the heat.  Then we got lucky because there was a fairly strong wind coming off the mountain and it helped keep us comfortable.  

Breakfast

YAY!  A nice 7 miler (apx. 11.3 kilometers)
 And then we decided to go out for lunch . . . 


Veggie burrito (filled with carrots, cauliflower, broccoli)


 And then Coffee Break


And then Supper (Chicken Veggie Burger)


I have this thing about Shredded Wheat.

    ...actually, other than porridge, shredded wheat is my choice!...maybe not in the evening though...

  2. I luffs shredded wheat as well!
    When I was younger (!) I used to buy the variety packs of cereals and have an furry assistant sitting beside me to taste test them with me. Unsurprisingly Frosties were her favourites (it was Chloe in those days), she had a very sweet tooth!

  3. Veggie burrito sounds scrumptious!! Mom loves crunchy cereal too...shredded wheat is a great snack!!
